Sombra's Agent Colomar skin Gun parented to her right hand, unparent it if need be. Pussy and dick versions toggable via the root bone. Shoes and sleeves should also be removed via the root bone so the masks turn off when they're removed. There's also some corrective smooth modifiers that I have setup for my own preference but they might interfere when sculpting or just editing proportions, so turn those on or off as you see fit.
